In this class we will work on strengthening our core to achieve a strong and healthy posture, muscular awareness of our rectus abdominis whose isolated movement will allow us to achieve the amazing Bellyroll. You will learn how to train it and how to present it in a show.
By the end of the class we will see hypopressive exercises that will help you to compensate for the pressure generated by the rectus abdominis and will help you prepare for the second class in this series: Flutters
