This month we are welcoming Summer with a deeper look at Sun Salutations!
Each week will focus on breaking down different sections and options for Sun Salutation A and B

Today's practice will focus on:
Ujayi breath - what is it, benefits to the practice and how to do it
Breath - Linking specific breath patterns with postures
Gaze - Where are we looking and why

We'll also add in a few other favorites to prepare us for our practice.
