Strong Arms for FCBD®Style

It's no secret that one of the beautiful aspects of our dance is the strong, uplifted arm posture. But did you know that a lot of the strength doesn't actually come from our arms?
In this class we'll focus on strengthening the latissimus dorsi that originates from as far down as our pelvis and drives so many of our arm movements.
You'll need a strap, light towel or hip scarf for this practice.
