Lower Body Conditioning

This class is all about strength training for legs and core! Specifically designed for popups and floorwork prep, this practice is essential to help reinvigorate our legs, glutes and overall lower body strength to help us get up with grace and without grunting. :)
Whether you intend to do floorwork or just need a boost to help your "desk legs" this class is a great one for you!
You'll need two blocks and a towel or blanket.
