Relax and Restore Yoga

LIVE at 8am pacific

Latissumus Love

Today we'll spend some time taking care of the large muscle group, latissimus dorsi, that we use so often in our dance style to help drive our arm movements.

You'll need a blanket or towel for this practice.

Restorative Yoga is all about a "state of being" rather than a "state of doing".

These classes are designed to be relaxing and meditative while also providing the benefit of deep, passive stretching. Postures are held longer and props such as blankets, pillows and straps are used to fully support your body so you can focus on releasing deeper in both mind and body.

Restorative Yoga calms the sympathetic nervous system and lets the parasympathetic return to "rest and digest".

A truly healing practice and a wonderful compliment for active lifestyles.

Live classes are recorded and added to the course library so you can take them anytime and repeat as often as you’d like.
