This practice is a gentle heart opening to restore peace and help you find your calm whenever you need it.
A wonderful practice to come back to anytime you need it.

You'll need two pillows, two blocks and a strap or belt for this practice.

Restorative Yoga is all about a "state of being" rather than a "state of doing".

These classes are designed to be relaxing and meditative while also providing the benefit of deep, passive stretching. Postures are held longer and props such as blankets, pillows and straps are used to fully support your body so you can focus on releasing deeper in both mind and body.

Restorative Yoga calms the sympathetic nervous system and lets the parasympathetic return to "rest and digest".

A truly healing practice and a wonderful compliment for active lifestyles.

Live classes are recorded and added to the course library so you can take them anytime and repeat as often as you’d like.
