Yin and Restorative Yoga to harness the energy of Spring

Spring brings a sense of renewal, awakening and peace. In this practice we'll tune into those energies within us be exploring breath, gentle movement and restorative yoga that will leave you feeling ready to break out of your winter blues cocoon.

You'll need two pillows or blocks and a strap or towel for this practice.
