Shoulder Rotation

Aside from our regular dance posture, many of our steps rely on internal rotation of the shoulder. This practice is designed to help you strengthen your rotator muscles, safely find your full range of motion as well as cross train the external rotating muscles to create better muscular balance within the shoulder joint.

You'll need a strap or handtowel and a block or light book for this practice
