Yoga for Core and Hip Flexors

Deep Bodywaves and Zippers require a lot of strength and flexibility. This practice is designed with this in mind. We'll work on hip flexors, core and backbending to get your deepest range of motion through strength.

You'll need two blocks and a strap for this practice.
