Like life, we can often go deeper if we just let go. This class is focused on using breath control (pranayama) and specifically the exhale to sink deeper into the postures (asana).
A wonderful way to warm up the body and focus your mind for flutters.
You'll need two blocks, a strap and a blanket or towel for this practice
