This class is designed for more ankle and hip flexibility, while strengthening your glutes and upper body posture. Not interested in Knee walks? No problem! You'll still get the benefit of strength and mobility which will enhance your dance technique and leave you feeling energized and powerful.
You'll need two blocks, a strap and a blanket or towel for this practice
